来神户必定是要吃神户牛肉的，选了这家推荐的Moriya，午市套餐比晚上要便宜不少所以中午过来吃，其实是需要提前定位的，还好不是吧台的桌子还有空位，有三层楼格局都是围绕吧台吃的，可以看到大厨现场烹制神户牛肉更加的诱人。有中文菜单，感觉基本都是中国游客来吃的，牛肉价格差别还是挺大的，好的神户牛基本要JPY15000，选了中档的A5特等沙朗牛排JPY9300，另要加8[%]税，服务员说这个比便宜的牛肉口感要好很多。套餐包括特等沙朗牛排170g，附赠汤，沙拉，烤蔬菜，米饭酱菜，红茶。神户牛生的一整块牛肉会端过来，还会帮我们拍照，牛肉纹理很赞，白花花的油脂，选了三分熟，看着大厨师傅在吧台煎牛肉，口水都要流出来了，煎好的牛排也是色泽诱人，桌上有牛排的吃法介绍，盘子里的调味有蒜片，盐，黑胡椒，小碟有酱油和芥末，第一口蘸少许盐，推荐的吃法是盐+芥末，入口极化的A5牛，有部分可能太生有些筋啦，确实很好吃！
